Price list

Hourly moves

• $150 per hour for a two-person crew and a truck.
• Each mover beyond the standard two adds $25 per hour.
• A two-hour minimum, then billed by the hour for the time actually used.
• The clock starts when the crew arrives at your pickup address and stops when the last item is placed. The drive to you is not billed, and there is no fuel surcharge.
• Running past the estimate costs the same hourly rate — no penalty rate. The estimate is a forecast, not a cap we bill to.
• Houses, apartments and offices. Next-day crews are usually available.

Check a move date

Furniture delivery

• $150 flat for store-to-door delivery, inside to the room you choose.
• The first 20 miles from pickup are included. Past 20 miles the full distance is billed at $2 per mile, not just the miles past 20. It is measured from your two addresses and shown on your quote before you agree to anything.
• Ground and second floor are included, including apartments with an elevator. A third floor or higher with no elevator adds $50, quoted up front.
• Assembly is $40 per item; haul-away of an old piece is $20 per item. Both are optional.
• Booked before 3:00 PM usually goes out the same day; after that, the next morning. You get a confirmed window.
• We collect from any DFW retailer or private seller — IKEA, Rooms To Go, Ashley, Costco, Facebook Marketplace pickups.

Booking and payment

• No card is needed for a quote, and nothing is charged when you book.
• You pay when the job is done. Cash is accepted.
• A dispatcher confirms the crew, the rate and an arrival window. Your confirmation email has a link to change your details, time window or drop-off address.

Insurance and damage

• D&T Delivery is a licensed and insured DFW company, in business since 2011. Your load is covered by our cargo insurance while it is in our truck and in our hands.
• Details of our coverage are available on request.
• If something is damaged, tell the crew before they leave if you can, and email bookings@dandtdelivery.net as soon as possible.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Call (817) 715-0045 as early as you can. We hold no payment method, so nothing is charged automatically if you cancel.
