Furniture delivery
How fast can you actually get here?
Most orders booked before 3:00 PM go out the same day. Book after that and we run it the next morning. You get a confirmed window, not a twelve-hour "sometime today".
What happens if I am past the 20 mile radius?
The $150 flat rate covers the first 20 miles from pickup. Past 20 miles the full distance is billed at $2 per mile, not just the miles past 20. It is measured from your two addresses and shown on your quote before you agree to anything.
Will you bring it inside, or leave it at the curb?
Inside, to the room you choose. Assembly is $40 per item and haul-away of the old piece is $20 per item if you want either — both are optional add-ons on your quote.
What if my item is damaged?
Your load is covered by our cargo insurance while it is in our truck and in our hands. We are a licensed DFW company with a real address, not a gig-app driver in a personal pickup.
Do I have to pay before you deliver?
No. No card is required to get a quote, and nothing is charged until the job is agreed. Cash on delivery is fine.
Hourly moving
How is the price calculated?
$150 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, plus $25 per hour for each mover beyond the standard two. You get an estimate in writing before you book, and the rate does not change on the day.
When does the clock start and stop?
When the crew arrives at your pickup address, and when the last item is placed at the destination. You are not billed for our drive to you.
What if the move takes longer than the estimate?
You only pay for the time actually used, at the same agreed hourly rate. There is no penalty rate and no surcharge for running over — the estimate is a forecast, not a cap we bill to.
Are there stair or elevator charges?
Ground and second floor are included. A third floor with no elevator adds $50, quoted up front rather than added at the end.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes — licensed and insured, working anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Booking and service area
What area do you serve?
Anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Deliveries include the first 20 miles from pickup; past that the per-mile rate is shown on your quote before you book.
Can you deliver a single small item?
Yes. One-person delivery is $69 for one item under 75 pounds.
Can I change the time of my booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to edit your contact details, time window and drop-off address.
